Festive day on Tuesday, October 04 for the CSB.School, the school dedicated to cybersecurity management (unique in France) which has just made its first return to school on September 12 and which intends to train, in two or three years , each of its promotions in the ultra-sensitive field of computer and industrial cybersecurity

As a reminder, the CSB.School was designed by, with and for cybersecurity and management professionals. Its goal? Allow companies to (finally) be able to rely on talents with recognized skills, having followed a hybrid training course developed by “cyber” and education pros.
The new establishment welcomes its first students in a magnificent, extensively renovated 2,400m2 space, located just a few minutes from the Lyon Part-Dieu train station (39 rue de la Cité – 69003 LYON).
Among the specificities of the school, for each student enrolled in one or other of its programs (Bachelor or Master), let us (re)specify if necessary:
- All tuition fees covered,
- Work-study contract offered (therefore remunerated) thanks to the partnerships it has established with Schneider Electric, PwC France, Devoteam, AugmentedCISO and many others…
- “Tailor-made” training adapted to the learner’s know-how, defined after assessment of the achievements, in order to eliminate “unnecessary courses”,
- No lectures: Cybersecurity is above all practice. The training is 70% based on application, testing and training.
Various highlights will punctuate this very special day for the three founding directors of the school: Patrice Chelim, Managing Director, Guillaume Collard, Operations & Development Director and Thomas Guilloux Technology and Industry Director:
10:00 a.m.: Welcome
10:30 a.m.: Opening remarks
11 a.m.: Show by comedian Thomas Wiesel on the theme: “La Cyberquoi? »
11:30 a.m.: Tour of the building
12:30 p.m.: Lunch buffet
2:00 p.m.: The “Simulator put to the test” => Convinced that it is essential to combine practice and theory, the school leaders have equipped it with a platform simulating the IS of a real company in order to reproduce complex production environments and test the implementation of the various security solutions on the market, from a life-size supervision room (the SOC or Security Operations Center).
3:00 p.m.: Closing of the inauguration
Patrice Chelim concludes: “After months and months of reflection, negotiation, stress and immense satisfaction – sometimes sprinkled, it is true, with a few moments of doubt and discouragement – it is with immense pride that today we are inaugurating this school with its unique positioning, in a perfect setting to welcome all those who are constantly intrigued, interested, attracted or fascinated by Cybersecurity. »
